Substitute teaching may seem like a small thing, but it’s a big way to make an impact in your local community and in the lives of college students. We are committed to helping cultivate college students as substitute teachers and this site will provide open source resources, ideas, inspiration and connection between individuals and institutions taking on this challenge so that we can all work to improve the 10% of time students spend with subs.
